A. Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, Jump4fun USA reserves the right to cancel any reservation that, in the opinion of the Jump4fun USA representative, poses a danger or jeopardizes safety in any way.
B. Upon delivery, we will walk you through safety rules prior to, and after setup of the bounce house.
C. The event location must be flat and free of rocks, twigs, animal droppings, etc. to ensure safety of the inflatable and its riders. A minimum of 20 feet overhead clearance and perimeter clearance of at least 22 feet is required.
D. Jump4fun USA clearly and explicitly prohibits the use of equipment by anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other "intoxicating" substance.
Rental Hours and Payments:
A. Deposits are required prior to delivery unless other terms have been arranged. Final payment shall be CASH or Money Order on delivery, or CREDIT CARD prior to delivery, unless authorized in advance by a Jump4fun USA representative.
B. Rentals are guaranteed for a minimum of 6 hours from the start of the event, within the Jump4fun USA hours of Operation (9: am to 9:30 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and 9 am to 8 pm all other times). Extended hours are available for $25 per hour or $75 for a next morning pick up, weather permitting.
C. Deliveries may be made up to 24 hours prior to the event. Pick up time may be up to 24 hours after the event. While Jump4fun USA will make every effort to accommodate our customers' schedule requests, all Deliveries and Pick-up times shall be at the sole discretion of Jump4fun USA, and are dependent upon our delivery schedule and available staff levels.
D. Jump4fun USA will contact the renter within 24 to 48 hours prior to the event to schedule delivery. Generally, deliveries will occur within 3 hour time-frame prior to the event.
Rental Policies
1. Deposits: In order to hold a reservation, one of the following is required:
a) a cash deposit of at least 50% of the order total, payable within one week of the
b) a valid credit card number and expiration date; OR
c) a valid debit card number and expiration date, provided the card includes checking"
Exceptions may be arranged for organizations (schools, churches, etc), upon request, and will be approved at the sole discretion of Jump4fun USA.
Deposits shall be made as part of the reservation process, unless other arrangements are agreed upon by the Jump4fun USA representative during the reservation process.
Reservations for which said deposit is not received within the agreed upon time frame will not be honored or held.
2. Rental Agreement: All customers are required to sign a rental agreement prior to the unit being set up. Failure to sign the agreement prior to the start of the event could result in delay of the unit being set up, loss of on-time guarantee, or cancellation of the reservation/agreement.
3. Cancellation: Reservations that are cancelled less than 7 days before the event may result in administrative fees being billed to your credit/debit card, or loss of deposit. Cancellation(s) due to weather on the day of the event are exempt from this requirement, provided the criteria outlined in "Weather Policy" (below) is met. A Jump4fun USA representative will contact you if any of the following weather conditions exist or are forecast to occur on the day of the event: heavy rain, snow, sustained winds above 25 MPH, sleet/hail, electrical storms or tornado activity (cold weather is not grounds for cancellation). Jump4fun USA will make every effort to provide as much advance notice as possible, however safety will always be the determining factor in deciding whether or not the unit can be set up as agreed upon when inclement weather conditions exist, and the final decision shall be made at the sole discretion of Jump4fun USA.
4. Weather Policy: Jump4fun USA reserves the right to cancel the delivery/set up of any of our rental units when we believe weather conditions make use of the unit unsafe. If weather conditions are such that Jump4fun USA feels operation of the unit can be done safely, set up of the unit will be at the discretion of the renter. Should cancellation be the option chosen, good faith negotiation will be utilized to reach an agreement suitable to both parties, but if agreement cannot be reached, application of administrative fees will be at the discretion of Jump4fun USA.
5. Public Property Events: Many municipalities require additional insurance coverage on units being set up on public property. Renters are responsible for identifying any and all applicable requirements, communicating them to Jump4fun USA, and ensuring any and all requirements are met.
6. Staking of inflatable(s): Jump4fun USA shall not be liable for underground utilities or sprinkler system damage when staking down inflatables.
7. Sod/grass: Jump4fun USA shall not be liable for any damage to sod or grass.
8. Equipment damage or abuse: Renters are not liable for equipment failure sustained as a result of normal use and or operation as instructed. However, renters are responsible for any damage to or abuse of Jump4fun USA equipment while it is their possession. Repair or replacement of Jump4fun USA equipment due to customer abuse or damage caused by misuse, whether by the renter or those present at the event, will be billed to the credit/debit card on file, or for cash payments, by legal action if agreement for payment cannot be reached.
While Jump4fun USA has never had to resort to legal means to collect payment, and has no
desire to have to do so, this avenue is necessary in order to protect Jump4fun USA and its
customers from those who abuse and misuse equipment without regard for the effect such action has on others, or Jump4fun USA's ability to provide fun for its customers, at the most reasonable price possible.
9. Equipment cleaning: Jump4fun USA expects to clean out the normal grass and leaves that accumulate in the inflatables as a result of normal use and there is no charge for this type of cleaning. However, no other foreign objects should ever be allowed in the inflatables and a charge at the rate of $75/hour will be assessed if removal/cleaning is required due to the use of such items in a unit. Silly string, (addressed below) will be assessed at a significantly higher rate due to its potential to permanently damage the unit.
Foreign objects that should not be used include, but are not limited to:
a) silly string, liquids, beverages, food of any type, candy, sand, rocks, toys, etc.
Water should never be applied to any inflatable not specifically designed for use with water. If water is present in a unit not designed for its use, and must be removed, a charge at the rate of $25 per hour will be assessed to clean and dry the unit(s).
10. Removal of Silly String like substances: If silly string or any similar substance is permitted to come in contact with the inside or outside of the inflatable unit, a minimum of $500.00 shall be automatically imposed by Jump4fun USA and shall be due and payable immediately upon being brought to the renter's attention. If it is the opinion of the Jump4fun USA representative that the damage is severe enough to render the unit not fit to use, the renter will be liable for the full replacement cost of the unit. In addition, loss of revenue due to Jump4fun USA's inability to meet contractual rental obligations may be assessed from the time that the damage is sustained until the arrival of the replacement unit. The reason for this policy is that the chemicals in these products cause irreparable damage to the inflatable and the cleaners that are necessary to remove this type of substance can also cause additional damage to the unit.
11. Removal of Bio-hazards: A $200 cleaning fee will automatically be imposed for the removal of any human or animal by-product. These include blood, urine, feces, vomit, nasal fluids, saliva, etc.

Delivery Policy:
A: *VERY IMPORTANT*
If someone will not be present at the delivery location at the time of the scheduled delivery, the following must be left at the delivery location for the Jump4fun USA representative:
a) Final payment; and
b) all signed documents
c) a description of the location where the unit is to be set-up
*Note: The area must be a minimum of 20’x20’ with a minimum of 20’ height clearance. The
location must also allow access to electrical outlet within 50 ft of the set-up location.
Jump4fun USA must be notified in advance of any steep inclines or stairs that must be
navigated in order to reach the set-up location. This is necessary to allow Jump4fun USA to
ensure appropriate resources are available to transport the unit to the set up location. If
additional Jump4fun USA resources are necessary due to steep or difficult to access areas, an additional fee may be assessed.
In addition, adequate electrical power is required to be available within 50 feet of the location
where the unit(s) is to be set-up. This is a safety issue and recommended by the blower
manufacturers. The renter is responsible for providing this power, and ensuring it is in operating condition. If AC current is not available at the desired location, a generator may be used as an alternate power supply. The renter is responsible for obtaining and setting up the generator, if one is required. Jump4fun USA can assist the renter with the size and output of the generator necessary to operate the unit being rented, and can suggest possible sources to rent one, but will not be held liable for the performance of the electrical system or generator provided by the customer, or any cancellation that results from an inadequate or malfunctioning power supply.
Jump4fun USA cannot guarantee on-time delivery if these conditions are not met.
While Jump4fun USA will make every effort to re-schedule delivery to occur prior to the event, reschedules will be dependent on the representative's availability, and the other scheduled deliveries that the representative is required to make. Jump4fun USA cannot allow one customer's failure to meet these conditions to negatively impact on time delivery to other customers.
B. Normal delivery times are between 9 am and 2 pm. However, arrangements can be made to schedule delivery outside of the normal hours, provided Jump4fun USA is given enough
advance notice to do so, and delivery schedules permit.
C. For insurance reasons, customer pick-ups are forbidden.
D. The dimensions of all of Jump4fun USA equipment are listed in the item descriptions. Jump4fun USA is not liable if a unit is delivered but cannot be set up in the specified location because the area is either not large enough to safely accommodate the unit, or is inaccessible or is in some way not suitable for safe set-up. Should set-up of the unit be cancelled due to any or all of these reasons, the cancellation fees specified above will apply (see Cancellation Policy).
Some examples of an area that would be unsuitable would be: An area where animal excrement or excessive, rocks or any sharp. gravel-like substance, sticks, vegetation, or any obstruction is present that could damage the unit or make it unsanitary or unsafe to operate, or where inadequate ground space (including a 3' safety zone around all inflatables) does not allow the unit to be safely set up or operated.
Some examples of an area that would be inaccessible would be: An area where no clear path exists to transport the unit to the set-up location, overhead obstructions or sharp drops offs in terrain that would make it unsafe for the representative to transport the unit to the set up location.
E. If the desired set up location consists of cement, asphalt, or a similar material where staking is not possible, a ground tarp and/or sand bags will be required in order to set up the unit. Jump4fun USA will need advance notice that such conditions exist in order to ensure the proper equipment is loaded with the delivery. If the unit cannot be set up due to failure of the renter to inform Jump4fun USA of these conditions prior to the scheduled delivery, cancellation may result, (see Cancellations) and/or additional fees may be assessed to cover the cost incurred by Jump4fun USA to retrieve the equipment necessary to set up the unit.
F. Jump4fun USA always strives to accommodate our customers' schedule requests, especially when the event is being held in a location that requires the equipment be set-up or removed at specific times. However, Jump4fun USA serves many customers in a given day over a large area, and therefore can only guarantee delivery and pick-up of equipment at timed events within a 3 hour window. For this reason, it is imperative that if an event is being held at a public place, (a park for example), someone must be at the location no less than 3 hours prior to the event in order to direct where the equipment is to be set-up. The same applies to pick-up - someone must be available at the event location to allow Jump4fun USA to pick-up the equipment. This policy applies to all timed orders unless other arrangements are previously agreed to at the time your reservation is placed.
Additional Terms:
1. Your Personal Information: Protection of personal data is taken very seriously by Jump4fun USA. In order to protect your personal information, SSL encryption is used for the transmission of all of your personal information and Jump4fun USA will never share or sell any of that info to or with anybody.
2. On-time Guarantee: To our knowledge Jump4fun USA is the only area company with an
on-time delivery guarantee. We guarantee on-time delivery because we are confident in our
ability to deliver your unit when we say we will.
3. Refer a Friend: Receive a $10.00 discount on your next rental for each paying customer that you refer to us. Be sure your friend(s) mention that they were referred by you when they make their reservation(s). There is no limit to the number of discounts you can receive and they can be used on the same rental. For example, if you refer five friends who each rent a bounce house from Jump4fun USA, you will receive up to $50.00 off your next rental.
4. Pricing: All equipment prices listed on this site are for private residential parties. Any large events or events that are open to the public may incur additional charges. Contact Jump4fun USA for specific pricing information on these types of events.
5. Sales Tax: Jump4fun USA is required by Connecticut state law to charge 6.35% sales tax on all orders.
Weather Tips
If the weather is warm with occasional rain, have the kids bring bathing suits. Although all of our units are covered, some water may get in and the riders will enjoy this and have a great time. If the set-up location includes a flat driveway, it may be possible to place the bounce on the driveway with the entrance facing the garage door. This will allow the kids to enter and exit into the garage. However, set-up on a driveway requires equipment used for that purpose, so Jump4fun USA will need to know in advance that the unit will be set-up on a non-grass/dirt (soft) surface.
